1. Nature of the service

Lucex is an informational tool that aggregates public market data and produces AI-generated summaries about the stocks specified by the user. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice under Italian TUF (Legislative Decree 58/1998).

Lucex is not enrolled in the registry of authorized financial advisors and is not authorized by CONSOB or any other supervisory authority to provide investment services.

2. Limits of AI analyses

  • Analyses are automatically generated by language models from public data. They may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
  • Any implicit or explicit predictions in the analyses are in no way guaranteed.
  • Every decision to buy, sell or hold financial instruments is solely your responsibility.

3. Account and access

Access requires creating an account via Clerk. You warrant the accuracy of the data provided during onboarding (country, currency, timezone, experience level). You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

4. Credits and subscription

  • Purchased credits can be used to unlock AI analyses on the platform. They do not expire but are not refundable in cash once used.
  • The Lucex Pro plan is a recurring subscription including 20 credits per billing cycle (240 on the yearly plan, credited up-front). Unused credits do not roll over.
  • You can cancel the subscription anytime via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle: you keep benefits until that date.
  • Withdrawal right (Italian Consumer Code): for digital purchases by consumers, the right to withdraw is forfeited as soon as you start using credits, per art. 59(1)(o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, not to attempt to compromise the infrastructure, and not to use scraping or automated APIs outside of the official interfaces. Violations may lead to account suspension without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lucex is not liable for financial losses, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or investment decisions made on the basis of the analyses. The total liability of Lucex toward the user may not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, glossary and editorial content of Lucex are protected by copyright. AI analyses generated for you are usable for personal purposes and may not be redistributed commercially.

8. Changes

Lucexmay amend these terms in case of service evolution or regulatory obligations. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app with at least 15 days' notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer's court (where applicable) or Lucex's court of residence.
